FAQ
Everything you need to know
Do I need experience to train?
No. Every class scales to your level — first-timers train alongside pros, with the intensity meeting you where you are. Beginner cycles start from stance and the jab.
How much does training cost?
Drop-ins, weekly and monthly packages, plus stay-and-train bundles — all listed on the prices page with clear numbers. Long-stay and group rates on request.
What disciplines do you offer?
Western boxing (our specialty, #1 in Phuket), Muay Thai and strength & conditioning, plus yoga for recovery. MMA is coming soon.
Is accommodation included?
You can add a room by the ring to any training. Stay-and-train bundles combine accommodation and unlimited classes for the best value.
How long should I come for?
Anything from a single class to a full fight-camp month. One to two weeks suits most first trips; serious progress comes with a month.
Do I need a visa?
Many nationalities get visa-free entry for short stays in Thailand. For longer training trips, check your country’s allowance and consider an education or tourist visa.
When is the best time to visit?
We train year-round. The cooler, drier months are most popular, but the camp runs the same intensity in every season.
Can I fight or spar?
Controlled sparring once a coach clears you, and we can arrange a fight on a local card if you want the real test.
Do you do private lessons?
Yes — one-on-one with any head coach. Pair privates with group classes for the fastest progress.
