Vlad has dedicated over two decades to mastering the art of boxing, both within the ropes and beyond. With four successful gym ventures under his belt in his hometown of Samara, he felt the call of Thailand. Now, he's embarking on a new journey with Apollo, aiming to elevate it to the pinnacle of boxing facilities in Phuket. Drawing upon his wealth of experience, his mission is to foster growth and share the intricacies of boxing with enthusiasts, from aspiring beginners to seasoned professionals.

What you'll work through

    Week 1 · Volume & timing

    Long rounds, lower intensity — rebuild your engine and sharpen timing on the pads.

  2. 02

    Week 2 · Skill & sparring

    Technical work and controlled sparring; we film it and fix what the tape shows.

  3. 03

    Week 3 · Intensity

    Hard rounds, conditioning and clinch — the toughest week, where fights are won.

  4. 04

    Week 4 · Peak, recover & fight

    Sharpen, make weight, recover — then step onto the card with your corner.

Four weeks built to peak you for a card: morning conditioning, technical pad work, hard sparring rounds and weight management — finished with a fight we arrange on a local stadium night.
