What you'll take away
Why train with Narain
Muay Thai learned properly from the ground up — fundamentals, correct technique, discipline.
Technique and ring craft sharpened by a coach with over 120 fights of his own.
Fundamentals, correct technique, discipline — and skills that hold up under real pressure, not just on the pads.
Train with Narain
Narain has been in Muay Thai since he was nine — more than thirty years, with over 120 fights behind him. He won the Southern Thailand championship at 30 kg, took the Hat Yai A title at 35 kg, and finished as a silver medalist at the Trang Provincial Boxing Championship.
He has spent around ten years teaching, in gyms across Phuket and beyond — Muay Thai Hero, Chokchai Muay Thai, Maximum Fitness, Power House Muay Thai Phuket, Workout Fitness Center, Big Gym — and has been with Apollo for the past three years.
He teaches two kinds of people particularly well: complete beginners who want to learn Muay Thai properly from the ground up, and fighters working on their technique and ring craft. In both cases the emphasis is the same — fundamentals, correct technique, discipline, and skills that hold up under real pressure, not just on the pads.
