Naris grew up in Thai combat sports. He started Taekwondo at nine, took up Muay Thai at thirteen and added boxing and kickboxing at nineteen, training under some of Thailand’s leading professional coaches. At 24 he already has more than 50 fights behind him across different disciplines, a professional boxing record of 2–1 with one knockout, a number-one ranking in the Thai Kickboxing Championships and second place at the Kickboxing World Cup.

He began coaching Muay Thai at seventeen and has been working with Apollo for the past three years, teaching striking to MMA fighters across Muay Thai, boxing and kickboxing. Among his students are international fighters who came to Thailand to prepare for bouts on UFC Fight Pass. His approach is flexible by design: he can take a session in any of the three disciplines, or blend them into striking work built specifically for MMA.
