Do I need to book a class?
Walk-ins are welcome for group classes. Book ahead for privates and during busy season to guarantee a spot.
What are the four boxing classes?
Fundamentals, technique, sparring and conditioning — plus authored sessions each coach runs in their own style.
Can I train twice a day?
Yes — most camp athletes do a morning and an afternoon session, with recovery in between.
